新機能参加者によるイベント出席機能をリリースしました。今までは主催者による出席管理機能はありましたが、大規模イベント等での受付処理が大変とのフィードバックをいただいてました。今後はイベント作成時に発行される「出席コード」を会場現地や配信で共有してもらうことで、参加者自身でイベント出席登録を行うことができるようになります。これにより受付処理が容易になりますので、イベント主催者の皆様はぜひご活用ください。詳しくはこちらのニュースや特集ページをご確認ください。

Docker + Kubernetes - how it matters to you? (Bill Mills, Docker)

Bootstrapping Kubernetes with Docker

In this short talk, we will demonstrate bootstrapping a Kubernetes cluster using Docker Enterprise Edition 2.0, and show how to deploy containerized workloads across both Kubernetes and Swarm. Afterwards, we will look at the architecture of the new Docker Universal Control Plane to understand how this functionality is achieved.

Containers Security (Eric Gold & Adrian Spittles, Aqua Security)

How to move containers from a security problem to a security opportunity by applying some common sense & practical measures. Anticipate the common security and compliance requirements and address them early. Learn how to have a conversation with your security organization, so they don't derail your project.

About speakers:

Eric Gold is a Cloud-Native Security Advocate at Aqua Security. Eric is visiting us from San Francisco. Eric has participated in the implementation of Aqua's container security solution at LINE, Adobe, Expedia, Telstra, Macquarie Bank, Autodesk, and Disney.

Adrian Spittles is a Solutions Architect at Aqua Security. Adrian is visiting us from Sydney, Australia. Adrian has been helping organizations bake container security into their DevSecOps processes in ANZ, Japan & throughout Asia.
